There is nothing helpful on the IEBC website.  Just total tallies, which tells you nothing.

Citizen and Nations are putting data from IEBC..verified...so slow.

Slow, and also close to useless.  Nothing about where it's coming from.  It seems IEBC gives less information each election cycle.
