Generally Kalenjin have gone from 93% for Uhuru to 98% for Ruto.

Yes, these elections will confirm that Samoei is just a tribal chief for Nandi & Kipsigis. Baringo is not compliant. Mt.Kenya with all the effort he put it in, is a disappointment.
