 Mt. Kenya voter turnout might be 60% or below , there's still time but it seems like this will be one for the record books. Mt.kenya is the new western.

Let see in the afternoon - in by elections we had - turnout has been impressive.

57% voter turnout nationally by 4pm. It seems nationally voter turnout will barely hit 60%.
