Who'd have thought about this. AbdulNassir having made a deal with Suleiman surely thought he had wrapped it.

improbable. Only change is Sonko barred and defection.. but Sonko himself had 28%. Even together the numbers don't add up.
I expect Nassir and ODM to sweep - governor, senator, women rep, MPs except UDA Jicho Pevu.

Arabs vs wabara is somewhat winning. Mbogo guy seem was popular than Sonko with local people. Sonko had Kambas and tribeless young people and it seem both groups have gravitated to Hassan Sarai. Jaluos Odomos and Joho's drug folks seem will see dust for the first time in 10 years. Bandari politics in Mombasa is hot!

Understand politics. Sonko rose from 0 to 28% in a week because he was able to match Arabs tycoon and give hope to Wabaras. The genie out of the bottle - once Sonko was out - the next guy who'd take the wealthy arabs who have captured Mombasa - is Sarai.

Yes Kambas plus Mijikenda is half of Mombasa...one is 30 percent - the other almost 20%. Once kambas had be incited to like Sonko - and the Mijikenda were already disappointed when Joho didnt back his deputy - Kingi (Not related to Amason)- (running on PAA I think) - it was over.
If Kingi Amason was not an idiot - he would have agreed to stand down his PAA candidates in Mombasa, Kwale, Kilifi - and allow UDA to take over - and get paid money or do MOU to share gov.
I doubt Ruto will honour any deal with Amason Kingi - he isnt a team player.
