Title: Unga subsidy going fuel subsidy way - No unga
Post by: RV Pundit on July 30, 2022, 07:39:37 PM: We saw crazy queues and shortage this year as gov failed or delayed to pay oil companies the subsidy and they shutdown.

Same thing is happening - there is no Unga in Kenya.

If this continues - people will be rioting for Unga at any price.

Naivas has run out of subsidized unga, 2 days now, the shelves r empty. Quickmart, since the announcement, they have never restocked. The same unga is nowhere in small shops. If GoK is paying millers directly, how sure r they millers are releasing the unga? 🤔
