Yes - we have to go sector by sector - remove anybody impeding competition and occasioning market failure through regulatory and state capture.
We have to revamp the Competition Authority of kenya to weed out monopolies and anybody commanding more than 30% market share in anything including Safaricom or Kenya Power should be UNBOUNDLED.
