Title: Pipeline - Githunguri Estate - Most of investments are from my folks in Gichagi

This place is a really concrete jungle. Seems the roads are now paved. Last time I went in there the sewer was everywhere and matope ya green

Pheew! I wonder what percentage of Nairobians live like this? Is pipeline considered a slum or are "middle class" people living there?

Lower middle class. Actually it is worse than a slum in terms of community organisation.
