Maoka Maore people he is literally a warlord that guy. Possibly he wants to bring Linturi to his knees for Igembe supremacy,while Linturi is a criminal and thug ,Maoka is a warlord and is a highly belligerent person.
In any violent confrontation Maoka would beat senseless Linturi,his people are well armed, trained and motivated.
