Look like Rigathi has called upon his 15yrs old harambee house network as feckless kibicho is busy trying to escape to exile.Most of Rigathi colleagues are now top dogs in prov administration and police.One phone call with big mpesa and they do his bidding.Raila will wake up to find real deep state is Ruto and Rigathi..who understand gov inside out.

RAILA Odinga is taking this at 6.42am. The problem now is Chebukati and his people. Iam told he hates Raila Odinga. In areas where UDA still has some strength, we must form strong teams of agents to protect Raila and Martha's votes on 9th and all through till the job is done.
