Somebody has studied Ruto homour with a master thesis. Ruto is a gifted orator and propagandist who deploys homour or comedy to connect with people and use it to ridicule his opponents. If Isaac Ruto was good in English and Swa - he would provide competition to Ruto - because he is also a very serious comedian :) - who knows how to connect with people - leaving them in stiches. Raila use to be excellent but seem unable to learn new tricks - he still stuck with kitendawili, football commentaries and such device  - which Ruto has ridiculed out of the park. Raila rehearse his speeches and is not a natural like Ruto,
