Look like they preparing ground not participate in coming walloping as Ruto current momentum gathers pace. Their deep state and system slept only to wake up to find chebukati is owned by Ruto and Weta.

They are promising to unleash videos of Chebukati and Weta meeting in Karen :)
Long and short; they dont want to participate in the elections;
They want to muddy the water because they are raising roadblocks 30 days to election.

They want handshake knowing they have LOST.

Chebukati should proceed with election btw Ruto and Wajackoyah - give him the certificate - and the rest Kenyans will handle it

It obvious - NIS Has told them it 10 plus gap, Prov Adm 12 percent, Pollster are telling them it's galloping coming their way, Mt kenya has failed to move with Martha, everywhere they go they are unpopular, Ruto is popular countrywide. Former Raila stronghold including Ukambani, Coast and Western - Ruto is ahead or almost 50-50. NEP despite buying leaders - the people are with Ruto. Name it.

Ukraine crisis is making sure people are angry and hungry. No incumbent get elected when inflation - the real one in Kenya - is almost 50% - if not 100% on basic commodities.

Make matters worse - Ruto has IEBC - Chebukati is ringfencing all rigging avenues.

Ruto has half the deep state and systems.

So prepare for tough days - Ufool and company knows RUTO IS BAD NEWS - they want to find a way to create an election crisis.

The outcome - they want National Gov of UNITY - they want HANDSHAKE.

Prepare for more of these kind of scare mongering - invoking military - as Uhuru & Gideon realize they have no political leverage to negotiate a jail free card. Ruto is not the type to be scared by such.

Chebukati to proceed if not - hustler revolution - will overthrow Uhuru.

Next they may even resuscitate  Mungiki to defend them

Instead of a concession speech - they will boycott the election - they are building ground - to extra constitutional way to survive. Next will be for court to postphone election - for Uhuru to stay for more months hoping for change in public mood.

They are done. My friend Ruto is the most careful and meticulous person. The only mistake he has made was trusting other people. Like Raila in 2007 and Uhuru in 2017. That is what Ruto says in that audio - that drunkard assured him that he was on top of supreme court kumbe ni ulevi.

ODM planted fake evidence in IEBC - and that killed Jubilee in the supreme court. They bribed the watchmen - and replaced properly signed forms - and when court registar went there - she was suprised - so many unsigned forms without serial numbers. That is what KILLED UHURU victory. IEBC lawyers were stunned...and it was last day..it was TKO.

You can rig other people not Ruto....before they even think about it....Ruto will know about it.

Now if you have president with NIS - and you tell Ruto go easy - why would Ruto add another layer. Ruto is not superhuman but he is better organized, better planned, doesnt drink himself silly, doesnt remove his eyes from the ball.

Uhuru messed up Jubilee nomination - again thanks to tuju and murathe - Ruto fixed it.

UDA nomination was top grade stuff

Raila ndio ako na shida...BBI drunk water...now they are waking 30 days to the election to realize they were depending on mlevi murathe and uhuru - to do everything - but they have been drinking - and now Ruto owns Chebukati - and is very popular - mt kenya they promised nothing has moved.

Chebukati will ONLY announce Ruto as President. If someone else wins, he wont announce it.  Chebukati and Ruto is like Uhuru and Mama Ngina!

I notice all bukusu are angling to for big deal..they made right choice to get over petty rivalry with Nandi..these guys will become very powerful..after gema it's them

They get fatigued very easily. Very loywl for 10 years as from 2002 to 2012 they were with Kibaki . They were in Ford Kenya , New Ford Kenya and PNU.
Come 2013 they didnt want to hear anything GEMA wtarted supporting Raila till 2022.
Now their hate of Raila is second to Kalenjins. They are even more passionate for Ruto than GEMA.

June 30th to now.
IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati, however, shifted the blame to the government printer, disclosing that he signed off the names for publication on June 30.

“We understand there were logistical challenges including a breakdown of the equipment at the government printer and that is why it has taken a bit of time,” Chebukati said on Thursday.

“As of yesterday, there was a slight problem with the photographs of the candidates. The notice has to come out with the photographs of the candidates,” IEBC’s legal director Crispin Owier said.

But Omari opines that Chebukati’s signing off was a mere ‘intent’ that does not carry the same meaning as a publication.

Whether they want to cry or shit,  William Samoei Ruto will be declared the President of Kenya in few weeks. He planned thing thing few years ago with a precision of a neurosurgeon. He was reading bottom up plan and crafting all the campaign strategies between 2016-2018. This meticulous plan is better than Koitalel Samoei' plan of 1895!

I think they have gone slow on the demands after realizing it was counterproductive and not working.

Chebukati just told them to forget about propping Raila with Martha image.  A desperate move to present a co-presidency :)

There are regulations for how presidential ballot is done.

Ruto is deputy president with half the gov working for him behind the scenes..gov rigs by controlling iebc .. Kibaki did that in 2007..moi in 1992 and 1997..gov lost 2002 and 2005 because eck was balanced.2007 evil Martha filled it up with pnu commissioner.Whoever has iebc wins because you can't rig without their assistance..
