Seems Uhuru deep state attempt to rig was nipped in the bud
(ii.) Transfer of Voters
KPMG analyzed the full register and noted that there were transfer transactions
processed between 2017 general election and May 2022. The analysis of those transfers
identified several constituencies and counties showing trends of abnormal voter
transfers having been processed in the Register of Voters.
A breakdown of all transfers processed in the register to and from the 47 counties, 290
constituencies, diaspora and prisons was shared, and together with the Commission,
the audit identified the specific counties which had abnormal trends and voter transfer
numbers. The objective of the joint exercise was to ascertain accuracy and validity of
those transfers and to enable quick corrective action.
By the time of issuance of the KPMG final audit report, transactions in areas identified
as having unusual transfer records had been reversed. In addition, the Commission
undertook a parallel exercise of collecting all the Form Cs across the country and
capturing them in a database to quality check the Register of Voters and to take
appropriate actio

So IEBC staff cannot rig because they wont know who has voted or not.
Polling station without network will have sat phones.
Voters to be identified by Biometrics or through details in the computer.
In short - rigging is becoming almost mission impossible

But he is probably naive as always - waiting for victory now that he has deep state!

Yes Chebukati has nipped the rigging - by Uhuru folks - in the bud.
Like Ruto said they had transferred a million people in Ruto strongholds so they dont vote.
Looking at ROs and CROS - I see no reason to worry - Ruto should just focus on intelligence on few desperados so he knows their plan.
Look like now they may resort to taking ID cards of vijana na kazi in Mt kenya or even start buying the IDs so they dont vote.

Ruto or Raila will be president, we all will move on, Kenya will continue being a shithole country, the problems are too deep rooted to be solved in five years. IEBC corrected the mischief caused by UDA Chief Riggers Davys Chirchir & John Barorot. Ignore the noises - even salt looks like sugar.

If the supreme court says we repeat,run off will be complete thuggery.

Ballot stuffing ended in 1997 :) the rest of your nonsense require you to kidnap Chebukati and IEBC - and take over the election management :) . Chebukati and his IEBC staff will run the election independently.

Then why was msando killed?

Rigging didnt end - ballot stuffing did. Kibaki rigged by just altering the results; they didnt bother with ballots; Jubilee possibly rigged in part of NEP where election is completed months by elders consensus or decision - and what remain is to erect fake polling stations.
Rigging can still happen.
As for Msando - IT has become central to IEBC - and Msando was busy meeting NASA top guy Nyongo at critical time. That could have alarmed Jubilee to imagine he wanted to rig them out.
Msando was married to Nyongos but still he should have been extremely careful - because such top IEBC guys are under surveillance - any monkey games - you're gone.
Then why was msando killed?
