Way to go General. Even if you don't win they will have to spend their ill gotten wealth to defend themselves.

Yes that should be strategy - let them get billed by lawyers - and appear in court.

Being a dual citizen, I have sympathy for Miguna but this is clutching on straws. I doubt it but if this court has jurisdiction on Kenyan matters, then the government will just send some lowly attorneys to argue this case. If Miguna wins, there is no way of enforcing the payment. To me, this is a humongous waste of time.

If you win all you have to do is attach their properties. They will not be in power forever.

This is futile. I thought he had an agreement with ruto to come back? Iasked him on twitter if ruto was also behind his deportation and he blocked me. Was it a joint decision by uhuru and ruto to deport him or was it kibicho?

How can it be futile? Matiangi and kibicho have decided Miguna is a Canadian citizen so what law did they apply to destroy Canadian citizen property and drug him? I believe there is a precedent where American citizens have filed cases in NY against some foreign governments.

It just but start..miguna will file cases all over and if he gets judgment in his favor
..Ruto gov will be happy to enforce.This was expected

Good. Make it personal the way they have made it for likes of Miguna.

I am sure they have kids abroad. Government officials need to be tamed by all means necessary.
