Yes crowd sourcing can work - should be easy to find a software.
So if you have 5 volounteers each send a picture of what is posted on polling station
Then up-vote the one with more similarities.
This is good way to protect the vote by involving millions of volunteers.

This can be Itumbi system running off social media

Of course you still need proper system where only the authenticated presidential agents submit the results through a secure system.
This ought to be Chirchir system.
