So why is he talking about it now? It might lead to denial and fall out.

Way too early for 2017.  In any case Raila will run.  Jaramogi ran until he went into his grave.

Its just the real Kalonzo,that way he is consolidating kamba vote while at the same time preparing the ground for bullying raila during 2017 nominations,otherwise raila controls a huge fan base than kalonzo 1 million votes and as the saying goes,small rivers join big rivers...cord has serious headache come 2017,
