Lucky for us if he gets hare brained schemes about expanding the welfare state he dies before gets to do any serious damage. He doesn't strike me a fiscal conservative. Kenya could go the way SL very soon if we don't change course and curtail excessive credit. The next president has been handed a poisoned chalice.
