I dont recall him promising anybody

It's Itumbi who leaked. Itumbi is not official spokesman of Ruto. Hiyo ni Hassan.

Ruto will do it after Raila does it.

It has turned out to be Nyeri vs Kiambu/Muranga Kikuyu fight. Thats what keeping Ruto from announcing. I have a bad feeling if it goes gachagua Kiambu and Muranga will get lethargic
