Without Mau forest to exploit; and with other tribes 50-50; with Kenta-Kina overtly trying to sell maasai nationalism; they will drink water; Narok going to be another 65-70: Majority of Maa will vote Azimio - 30/20 - nearly all non-maasai will vote UDA (40).

So Ruto is going to get 60-70.

Maybe in Kajiado County but remember in kajiado County maa are minority. Narok is gone and kajiado is 50 - 50 mainly because of kamba votes. Once kalonzo leaves you are staring at 60 - 40 in favor of UDA.

Yes Kambas will flip many areas - Nairobi, Kajiado, three ukambani, even Taita taveta, Kwale and Mombasa.
I hope they make a monumental mistake to drop Kalonzo.
Watalia kwa choo.

37% maybe. Kajiado is is not a maa territory anymore]. Laikipia in the making! If Jubilee was able to do 60%, UDA will up by another 5-7% That is why 35-37% for tinga is plausible! Beside, Maasai have no beef with Ruto, the Kalenjin. Maa always run on anti-gema rhetoric like coast, so with No gema president on the bout to act as a boogeyman is a disaster for you guys! Besides, Maa takes being cut very dear to them!

Yes this why their campaign is very confused. They have run on anti-gema platform for decades but now are pushing for gema interests - and not getting  any love from gema - other tribes are seeing this and embracing Ruto.

Ruto at least chose to run an issue based campaign - although he is now spicing up with regional ideas like that from coast. Raila is hamstringed - cant say anything without  checking with Uhuru.

The only thing stopping Ruto from overrunning the old dude is the feeling that kikuyu-kalenjin ping-pong is too much.

Ruto has to be careful with choice of running mate - I would go for Kindiki or Muturi.
