Title: Which institution need most strengthening before election?

Fairbalanced said recently he like Raila presidency because he has been fighting for reform all adult life. Nothing about rival matching this record. He also say Raila stand to strengthen institutions. Bandia high priest or any other candidate can also win so we give him a chance. You can add to list and state reason. Kenya will be different post August 9th. Which institution need to be strengthened now? You can add to list and state reason.

1. IEBC come first because of election.
2. KRA to make country grow.
3. Police commissioner

All those institutions are strong because 2010 constitution is solid framework; PORK just need to cease interfering with their mandate - and loser like Raila need to stop blaming IEBC for his own political miscalculations
