Ouru elephant projects now looks more like a privatization trojan horses i.e.

-Collabo with Chinese to build economic unviable project, PPP, toll project etc
-Gain free shareholding via proxies
-Build project at inflated cost
-Kenyans are unable to pay off Chinese
-Tell Kenyans economy cannot payback
-Offload public asset to pay proxies +Chinese
-Proxies + Chinese now own previously public asset

That is why I hate Nairobi.
Fix traffic and that town is liveable.
