BBI Verdict generally good.

Death of BBI is good but constitution remain vulnerable to hyper amendment with this judgment.. hopefully it will be reviewed in the future

I'm disappointed about the bit on president cannot initiate. I wish they had killed it on procedural grounds, if they were going to kill it, same effect but knocked out both the two substantive issues for future initiatives if Kenyans deem it suitable. There was plenty of procedural "fruit" for them to pick.
Either way, this massively complicates matters for team AZIMIO: Will they be able to keep Kaloi? If so, will they get his voters in a lump some? Acha tuone: the real games have just began. Will be interesting to see what they do from here.
Uhuru's brand has taken a major hit. I don't know what he'll do, if anything, to recover, after this, but wacha tuone filamu. :D

BBI Verdict generally good.
For me its not that it failed, rather Uhuru respects a system of checks and balances. Gone are the days Maraga was harassed for ruling against Uhuru and elections had to be repeated.

What a waste. Everything Raila Uhuru touches turn to dust. Half baked, half thought out schemes to siphon tax payers money. I pity those who still believe Raila is fighting for them. This year Raila will be chasing some handshake upuzi.

Ruto has midas touch while anything Raila touches become a mess. He doesnt cross all the ts and dot all the is - therefore cannot accomplish anything.
