Worry about Azimio - which has 4 candidates running for governor - ODM has Baraza - DAP has Mlevi Savula - Prof Kutima - oparanya deputy will run - and so will Jirongo.

Malala if he has truly won Khawale support (he might change his mind like Gusii Magara) is now the clear front runner.

Forestall Nomination Fallout....
For Ruto the next consensus train is Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado and Embu.
Muranga and Nyandarua - I think those are going to sort themselves in the ballot.
Kiambu has 3 strong UDA candidates - in Jungle, Wamatangi and Baba Yao.
Kajiado - Metoo and Tobiko and former NTSA head locked in big battle
Meru - Mbarire and John
Kalenjin counties will be sorted by nomination - no fallout expected.
The rest have been largely sorted.

Might improve turnout - tenuous theory - but there are six other positions.
It risky strategy to have 20 Azimio candidates against united KK candidates.
KK will win the majority - especially of Mps

Silly. You know that is the precise ill, the Political parties (amendment) bill is to remedy. KK was against the bill BECAUSE their only hope was to have your so called '20 Azimio candidates' divide/share votes. Won't happen in this election.  They did not have numbers to prevent the bill being signed into law. And the law now forbids party hopping once you lose at nomination stage!  :P
