At least there is this good side. Even Hungary and Moldova are being said to be very welcoming. Didn't know that Dr Kwame NKHRUMA built relationship with Romania and made such an impression that this still lives on

True. Even before the war, students in Romania were in agreement that the general populace does not treat them any differently from other visitors or residents.
