If it comes back - Uhuru will quickly send to IEBC - and it will be bundled together with election. I really doubt it can recover from the body blows it got at high court and court of appeal.

Looks Ahmednassir is just insulting the SCORK judges.

Yes I think it's more personal vendetta after they dismissed Jubilee win in 2017. The wariah run a vendetta and win. I remember in Mois time he was opposed to judges and during Narc era - he threw them out. Come new 2010 constitution - he went for those left. It made him rich and extremely powerful.

When Ruto wins - you can be sure he will try to intimidate the judges.
