Why when the time to do politics still stick to the office leaves alot of question marks.

Yes if I had my way - parliament should refuse to pass 2022 budget - just pass the bare minimum to keep gov running until Nov/Dec - no development vote. Kenya Kwanza I think have the numbers to ensure they trim all the fat from the budget.
