I was hoping Ichungwa would become CS Finance?

He will be given Chief Minister. Finance will go to Mt Kenya with an RV P.S.

Yeah seem like intense propaganda 1) To show maDVD is losing support by bribing his ANC mps and 2) To show Mt kenya that Ruto has abandoned for Luhyas.
