i have a phone company approached me to install their booster antenna on my building huko mashinani. How much do they usually pay per year? anyone know the criteria

You have to be sure it ain't wash wash guys wanting to squeeze some cash from you.

Kenya is very corrupt. Even the geniune guys will want a cut from you when actually wanting to put up an atenna on your building. The private industry has learnt very fast from the serikali.
