Now the countries that host these delegations are fed up with them. Hopefully Ken Lusaka and his minions can instead tour Machakos county and learn from Alfie "Vuvuzela". Or better still, they can just log into .org to get ideas for free.
The National Government and county officials have been asked to stop sending huge delegations abroad as it was giving Kenya a bad name internationally.
National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi and Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohamed warned on Friday that Kenya risked being ‘blacklisted’ due to the many unplanned foreign trips that were rubbing host countries the wrong way.

The hosts are the ones with beef. They are tired of sweaty Negro delegations showing uninvited on their shores. If every county decides to send one every year, those are 47 delegations in one year. From just one country.
