Because raila has totally colonized Luos you will hear such statements.MaDvd n Weta are creation of moi and so is uhuru and Ruto and kalonzo and obviously from his loins Gideon.The only outsider is raila.Raila n his crew will be outrun by moi kids

Moi made kalonzo, Ruto,Madvd and others before their 35 th birthday.Madvd as 29 yr was running treasury.kalonzo as 30yr old foreign affairs.Weta was kanu lawyer n nominated mp in 30s.Ruto internal security minister in 30s.Uhuru everything in 30s.Moi loved four things.. politics, teaching, evangelism and football
