Title: Oil in primitive remote and hostile areas, bad luck and trouble

Turkana,Lamu and Kerio valley is okay. NEP...that will be too much trouble.

NEP will secede anyday anytime.

Nyanza too can secede if Oil in Nyakach was to be confirmed to be a lot.

That is where the MEND were operating from....turkana will spring a MEND like incursion....group of thugs sabatoging pipelines, kidnapping oil workers and selling oil in black market....as they hold ransom gov over marginalization.

Boko-haram is just hausa (somali cousin) campaign of seccession...from a south that mirror kenya's south (christian,more developed)
