MDVD should do his fellow OKA principlas a favour and declare before them his coalition with Ruto. :D :D :D

That would be the declaration - he just need to invite few UDA. If OKOA paid attention they would already have seen that maDVD skipped two key meetings.

Beside Jirongo self invited himself to OKA.

UDA can join OKA :) too :)
