They warned him to to travel to their city or pay protection fee. He called their bluff and they almost smoked him

Stage managed. He must be the one trafficking drugs and took out Moise.

I too believe it is staged. He is the one that took out Moise. Someone needs to deal with him too. Haiti is a sad place.
