That makes coalition agreement in six months to election. That gives Raila a month to nail his coalition moves :) and that solve a lot of headache for Ruto because onces Weta+maDVD has signed up - Ruto will have 55 percent of the vote - with GEMA at 70 percent -
And 60 percent if GEMA turn up and vote like they did in 2017.
