Is the train really such a big deal or is it just that Babu is rooting for the idea?

...and Luo excitement has been the Achilles heels for their quest for power. I didn't see such excitement when Nanyuki train was launched :)

That is something Pundit cannot understand.   Reru was huge in Luoland. Everyone had a relative who worked for Reru.

Good for the country, if they love it they won't uproot it.

They know how to maintain it and uproot it. There was a time when KR was a luo affair.
