Typical Uhuru. He will form a joint venture with MSC and together own the fillet of KPA. Kenyattas will mint where the did not sow for the next 20 generations.

I can assure you as the case of SGR on the front it a Chinese company running the SGR but in the real sense it is a joint venture with Kenyattas running the SGR services. Same to the Nairobi Expressway. No tenders, just direct conssesion to one company.

Yes it MOi playbook. They passed a law required all foreign companies to have 30 percent local ownership. That is Uhuru for big contracts like this. Others take smaller deals. Uhuru thing he is smart because he focus on a few big stuff. Ruto basically swept the remaining.
