Post by: Olekoima on October 23, 2014, 06:18:02 PM

In Summary

The judiciary should speed up such many cases that are stalling projects.

They should have acquired the right of passage all the way thru before the started. Otherwise it will be clogged up. Is there such a thing as eminent domain in Kenya?

what we lack generally is common sense ...we are too petty ... nobody consults the other the reason we argue over mundane issues ... most of these issues can be settled out of court but everybody wants to show his d#$k is the longest and strongest

Precisely. And gov does things haphazardly. For instance land acquisition should be done way before...at design stage..the contractor is on site. Look at mess in eastern bypass...and now southern by-pass is also stuck because of land acquisition tussles.

I find your opinion quite strange.

What criteria should be used to determine which orders to obey and which to disobey? If I occupied your house and you got an order to evict me, would you like that order obeyed or disobeyed?

Civilized societies have one identifying mark: Court orders have to be obeyed!

Ignore such court orders, settle out of court,

Without Prejudice.
