Ruto is in a good spot because of two things; 1) he has earned GEMA trust after campaigning aggressively for Uhuru and 2) supporting thousands of Gema groups, churches, schools, organizations, and more for more than 10 years straight. Another elephant, as a non-Kikuyu, has massive support all over Kenya, especially Coast. If Raila picks a GEMA running mate, DP will increase his Western, Eastern, Coast, and NE margins. Though he may get depressed GEMA vote, it won't be significant to hurt him. I think the donation he made to legitimate Kikuyu elders plus suits he bought them years ago is still powering him. The fake Kikuyu elders will probably endorse Bubu

Yes the broad support base see Ruto beating jakom in all provinces except nyanza

Seem taking this poll and twitter polls I have seen.

Ruto is at 50 percent  plus - Raila is at 30 percent plus.

Ruto just need to maintain support...to win.

Raila need to get everyone else on his card....

If Ruto snatches one of the OKA - came over.
