It will go down sooner than later

Centum could be Uhuru's Transcentury. These entities come and go with regime change.
-
Mworia needs to learn how to wash the cash so that he does not end up like Dande.

This shiet is scarying me; I hope they dont go down with my money.

I have never been comfortable around Centum, and then came along this leak which sort of confirms my skepticism.
I don't think it will unravel right away but I say it is built on sand and soon someone will lose their shirt.
if your unit is complete or near complete then you're safe
Think of Fourways. Nice concept, excellent landscaping but some late investors lost or bought poorly done units, especially the apartments.
What you may wish to do is to scrutinise everything they feed you.
these off plan manners tend to disappoint more often than not
Regarding UNSACCO jog your memory to Mwalimu SACCO and Equatorial Bank aka Spire. there's so much influence peddling at SACCOs, very easy to grease hands and herd them into bogus deals. See decision making in SACCOs is really in the hands of the very few officials who never always act in members' interest.

I think they said they can refund minus 10 percent

After a 1.3 billion conservative loss, someone has to take the bullet. Apparently, the loss is distributed all the way down to the bottom guy getting stiffed the most.

Cmon man thats only 30K. Risk vs reward? You can risk that..else invest in 'ngara section 8'. I wonder how long it will take kwinyans to run those slum scrappers down.

The problem also seem the auditing companies independence has been totally compromised. Given the auditors are friends/classmates of the managers in these companies.
