Title: Surely a public university every county is sensible proposal

Ruto should prioritize the building of 17 universities in the missing counties. This about equity in higher education.

Every of 290 const deserve a big TIVET college or even two.

Those without public universities....

They are Kwale, Tana River, Lamu, Wajir, Mandera, Marsabit, Isiolo, Makueni, Nyandarua, West Pokot, Samburu, Trans Nzoia, Elgeyo Marakwet, Baringo, Kajiado, Busia and Nyamira.

Any chance of getting the promised stadia before this new promise?

I believe Jubilee has exceeded it's target when it come to Stadia. Both Nyayo and Kasarani been renovated. Counties have build many more stadias than 9 promised by Jubilee. You have seen national ceremonies held all over the country in brand new stadias.
