Title: Kenya should copy Ghana 1D1F - 1 district 1 factory

While Mlevi never even attempted to implement manufacturing part of Agenda 4 - in the same time - Ghana has created many greenfields factories now employing 150,000 people. Remember 1 manufacturing job has multiplier of 10 - so that is 1.5M people benefitting.

I don't buy those figures. Factories are over rated.
