These guys are not serious. I think it is just a sideshow to delay the whole process. This way the two will die a natural death while the Kenyan courts hold kangaroo sessions.

Lesson for western countries; never issues unsealed warrants; just wait for them to visit europe on sick or shopping - then arrest them.
In my own view - AG - should be in charge of extradition - it's more foreign affairs.
But DPP should first be allowed to have a say - if they want to prefer local charges.
If not - AG should process them with help of Matiangi and Foreign Affairs - invite the New Jersey to pick them up.

Taib making a false argument. Previous involvement of DPP delegated by AG. Constitution makes current DPP independent of AG. If AG received warrrant from Britain, DPP can only facilitate investigation or prosecution. Appear Gichuru Okemo lawyers confident AG will play along and delay.
