You don't need to be a doctor to notice something is off.  The man is super-bloated.

I'm told he is drinking harder than before so bad that his doctor had to stop cabin crew from serving him more chang'aa.

Must have stopped smoking. He was a chain smoker and these are the sideeffects when one stops smoking.

Too many doctors over here, Oloo used to predict Kibaki’s death but old guy is still tracking. I do not think Uhuru looks worse than your average middle aged Kenyan male who live on a diet of beer and choma, have you seen Mudavadi lately? I have to confess, since quarantine and Covid, a few of my friends look a little bloated.
