Title: Kenya is progressing despite govt ineptitude

Nairobi is a building jungle, so is everywhere else. (Narok, naivasha, thinks, etc) It’s extremely dusty mixed with car fumes makes the whole place look like California fire scenes
Very expensive- more investors will bring prices down
Lots of money chasing few goods
A lack of policy makers is clear.
Driving is dangerous due to lack of law enforcement

Opening up northern kenya and more infrastructure will spread development, lower land prices
