Looks like he is not about to bash political rallies as Babu and Ruto are all guilty so what to do? Funerals!
And right after funerals? Churches! :)

He is right. The funerals in villages are being attended by vulnerable elderly who are burying their agemates. The funeral arrangements go on for days. I have seen it on Facebook - people attend a burial and the whole family goes down- the elderly are hospitalised or kaput.
The rallies are attended by energetic young men - especially the ones on the roadsides/highways. The stopovers do not last more than 30 minutes.

So, why ban political rallies?
Kisumu and Kiambaa experienced a surge in Rona cases after the Madaraka Day celebrations and campaigns respectively

Kisumu surge mere scaremongering. People have always been dying and will continue dying. All political rallies short and outdoor. If Kisumu deaths why not Githurai or that church where high priest donated things?
