So many undeveloped plots/land. There should be a law to allow some hostile takeovers of such by the counties or NLC. Get AfDB, World Bank or Chinese -enter into agreement, let the owners have some shares and then the development is good to go.

We need some serious hospitals in the CBDs; cheaper premises where colleges can rent maybe.

I think in summary the author himself said "Meru was the most confusing"  and this confusion results from him not doing his homework and preparations well,I think he will get it next time he visit Meru.
So what can I say more  :)
