Now you see how dysfunctional Westgate rescue operation was.
If this is the guy who was  Head of Public Service , then you can understand why Uhuru brought im Kinyua ASAP in 2013.
Kimemia is not even coherent in his thoughts ,very evident in how he is trying to answer the question.
So in 2013 Deep state wanted Mudavadi  and foreign Interests wanted Raila and the goose was cooked but Uhuru won ?
Is this guy for real ?

Yes after stealing Raila election with Kinuthia in 2007 - he thinks he is deep state.

The deeper state and internashonololo influencers could not stop ufooluto when they were nobodies in 2013.
