On Tuesday, Energy CS Charles Keter failed to appear before the Senate committee where he was expected to explain the increase. He said the issue falls under the Ministry of Petroleum and Mining led by CS John Munyes.

That is the right hand man of our coming prezzo in 2022.
Btw, this guy Munyes is still in town? Some CSs are just busy eating big salaries with no job to do.

Munyes is busy dishimg out Minimg Licences to well connected people. Go yo the Ministry site and try to apply one.

But why summon minister - why not summon Energy regulator. Minister just give political cover to the real people who need to answer questions.

My question would be they are the ones responsible for enacting rhe law which the regulators are using . Orengo says it correctly they need to look themselves in the Mirror and if they are serious take action imediately
