How much does the CCP spend on internal security and repression?

Imagine if the savings if they slightly relaxed their draconian police state.

It is an unsustainable form of government. Everyone is a threat to it, even vegetable sellers are the enemy of the state.

They snoop ip addresses and find who criticizes them.
