Title: Uhuru creates his own militia - Chiefs, ass chiefs and 5 of his pals to be armed

The Prov Administration which was supposed to give way to devolution is being strengthened - so it can become Harambee houses hatchet job.

Someone need to go to court and block this

What a stupid idea. So there will be armed people even in areas with no security problem?
I think some people are too bored in Harambee House and have nothing to do.

They are frustrated by CoK2010 - because the police can say NO to their games - or demand written orders. With prov administration - they will have their own militia. For now if Chiefs or Ass Chief need to implement illegal orders they have to plead to APs and Police - who can refuse to obey illegal orders - and there is nothing a chief or DO or DC can do.

The timming is curious. I think Mbugua Kinuthia who rigged Raila using APs - and Chiefs - is probably working on a similar plan for 2022.
