ARA only specialises on small fish. This one is too big for them as he was distributing the loot up the ladder.
Am sure he kept enough for himself.

It should just be whoever can get away; get away because they are so good to hide their fingerprints and footprints; otherwise ARA should go for these low hanging fruits; who do not have sophistry to stash their money in Swiss or Mauritus offshore accounts - before laundering it back. The Uhuru,Ruto, Mois and Railas - those will take time before they can be caught.

I am sure if they follow this guy they will find apartments, plots and such kind of things registered in his relatives names. For likes of uhuru,ruto and raila - the money first land offshore - and find their way as clean FDI to kenya - and you'll hear some Mauritus Fund has invested in some random kenya company - and that is them washing their money.
